What you’ll pay are the same standard dues and fees you’d pay at any brokerage. We handle the rest leads, marketing, signs, cards, all of it.

Your Commission

At the Mandie McMillan Team, the model works differently. Leads come to you, qualified, ready to engage through our technology-driven platform. Training, mentorship, marketing, and back-office support are built in. The split is structured to reward the production that the team's investment makes possible.

You’re the Right Fit If You Are…

1. Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
2. Self-motivated and driven by goals, not just a paycheck

5. Organized and able to manage multiple clients at once
6. Coachable — ready to follow a proven system and do the work
7. Prior sales experience a plus, absolutely not required

Compensation Details

Full-Time | Commission + Bonus | $48,000 – $180,000/year based on performance

Flexible, self-determined schedule | Monday–Friday + Weekend availability

All leads, marketing, signs, and business expenses provided by the team
