Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding summer opportunity as a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an Extended School Year (ESY) program near Hyannis, MA. This per diem role is ideal for dedicated clinicians who enjoy making a difference in students’ lives while working a flexible, part-time schedule. You’ll work with K–12 students, supporting their speech and language goals during the summer session.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license required
• SLP-CCC certification
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic educational environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to K–12 students during the ESY period
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and document interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Ensure all services meet state and program guidelines

Position Details:

• Program dates: July 6, 2026 – August 6, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• 16 hours per week for four weeks
• $50 per hour, paid weekly
