General Manager – New Restaurant Opening Wingstop | Warwick, RI Warwick Is Getting More Flavor. We’re Looking for the Leader Who Will Bring It to Life. A new Wingstop is coming to Warwick, Rhode Island, and we’re searching for an experienced General Manager who is ready to build something from the ground up. You won’t simply inherit someone else’s restaurant. You’ll have the opportunity to help build the team, establish the culture, set the standard, and lead the restaurant through opening and beyond. We’re looking for a hands-on restaurant leader who knows how to balance people, performance, operational excellence, and the guest experience while running a strong business. What You’ll Lead Build, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing restaurant team Establish clear expectations and a culture of accountability and teamwork Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations Deliver consistent food quality and an outstanding guest experience Manage sales, labor, operating costs, waste, and profitability Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable health and safety requirements Hold yourself and your team accountable for results Develop future restaurant leaders Our General Managers lead restaurant operations while driving customer satisfaction, team performance, cost management, and strong financial results. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience; QSR or high-volume fast-casual experience strongly preferred Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain strong teams Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor management, and cost controls An owner-minded approach to running the business A passion for developing people and building strong teams A commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence Strong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant standards Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$80,000 annual salary Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Transportation benefits Before the First Wing Is Tossed, You’ll Be Building the Team That Makes It Happen.
