Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy - $34-71 per hour

Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy for a nursing job in Worcester, Massachusetts. Job Summary Duration: Ongoing, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts (days). Employment type: Staff. Compensation: Up to US$15,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility. Responsibilities Provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis. Supervises staff to whom care responsibilities are delegated. Supports the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNO) to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinicians, and resource management related to patient care. Coordinates and integrates patient care according to the nursing process and established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement (QI), and infection control, aiming to discharge patients with optimum care. Plans and coordinates patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Performs all Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed in times of emergency and/or disaster. Knows the hospital’s emergency codes, their purpose and appropriate actions, and adheres to hospital policies and procedures for each emergency code. Performs related duties as required. Required Qualifications Graduate of a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited nursing school. Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing as required by law and state regulation. Current CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
