Job Description\n The Medical Surgical Telemetry unit is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a critical access hospital with a focus on patient-centered care, our RN staff work with a diverse patient population, including medical-surgical telemetry patients, orthopedic, urology, ENT, GYN, and general surgical cases. Responsibilities\n \n Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting. \n Monitor and assess patient condition, responding to changes promptly. \n Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. \n Perform unit-specific procedures including starting IVs, performing EKGs, and patient transports. \n Participate in rapid response teams and code situations as necessary. \n Document care in the EPIC system and manage medications through the PYXIS system. \n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required. \n Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry is required. \n ACLS and BLS certifications are required. \n NIH Stroke Scale certification required prior to start. \n EPIC experience from within the last 2 years is a must. \n Progressive care experience is preferred. \n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
