Assistant Operations Manager

The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this dynamic leadership role, you will help oversee daily operations for Titletown’s recreation and event programming, with direct responsibility for staff management, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences under the direction of the Operations Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the park, while also supporting the management of 46 Below Café. As a trusted member of the leadership team, you will serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Operations Manager and help drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 – $66,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Interview, hire, and train team members Monitor team performance and issue corrective counseling as needed Complete timekeeping and payroll processes, including writing work schedules and approving time Verify all paperwork is complete and turned in at conclusion of shift Ensure all areas remain clean and stocked; follow all health codes and sanitation regulations More about you High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in related field highly preferred Minimum of three years’ management experience in a high-volume concession or catering environmet Knowledge of standard food and beverage equipment, inventory, cost control, and purchasing Excellent client relationship management skills Strong financial acumen; analytical and detail‑oriented Knowledge with point of sale (POS) and inventory software preferred Physical requirements Constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift to 50 pounds Shift details Days Evenings Overnight Holidays Events OT as needed Weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr Delaware North at Titletown
