Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year candidates also welcome
• Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• State licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as an SLP in California
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, parents, and specialists—to facilitate student success
• Complete IEP documentation, progress reports, and required assessments in a timely manner
• Provide services in both onsite and virtual environments as needed
• Engage in regular professional development to stay updated on best practices
