Cardiovascular Technician, Cath Lab

ARMStaffing is looking for a Cardiovascular Technician, Cath Lab (Day Shift) in Lynwood, California.

Location: Lynwood, CA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift: 10-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

Job Description: The Cardiovascular Technician working in the Cath Lab will be responsible for assisting in interventional procedures. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and technical proficiency to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile field during procedures.
• Monitor patient status and vital signs during procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment used during procedures.
• Document all necessary information post-procedure in patient records.

Required Experience:

• Valid AART License is mandatory.

Certifications/Licensure:

• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Basic Rhythm Interpretation screening required.
• Drug screening is mandatory (minimum 10-panel test).
• Various immunizations and health screenings are required, including:
• COVID-19 Vaccine
• MMR
• Hepatitis B
• Influenza Vaccine
• TB Test
• Varicella
• Tdap
• Criminal Background Check and OIG verification.
