Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000 – $99,000 annually

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Hampshire
• Strong manual therapy and clinical problem-solving skills
• Commitment to evidence-based care and professional growth
• New graduates encouraged to apply with mentorship provided

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve functional goals
• Deliver one-on-one care during 40-minute treatment sessions
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately using WebPT EMR software
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in team-based initiatives and ongoing professional development
• Maintain defined evening treatment hours as part of the clinic schedule

Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Experience with manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or specialty certifications is a plus
• Interest in specialty areas such as OCS, SCS, CSCS, or dry needling preferred
• Dedication to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice
