We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, professional work and understands that proper preparation is just as important as the final coat.
Responsibilities- Interior and exterior painting
- Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces
- Patch holes, cracks, and damaged areas
- Skim coating and wall preparation
- Sanding, caulking, priming, and sealing
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers when appropriate
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, baseboards, and other finishes
- Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas
- Perform touch-ups and punch-list work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow job-site safety requirements
- Work independently or as part of a construction crew
- Previous professional painting experience required
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing
- Experience with skim coating and drywall repair preferred
- Must produce clean lines and professional finishes
- Reliable and able to arrive at job sites on time
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Must have basic painting hand tools
- Comfortable working on residential and commercial projects
- NYC construction experience is a plus
