Experienced Dental Front Office Administrator (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Were seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This full-time position is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of dental office experience who excels at patient service, insurance coordination, and Eaglesoft management. Youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations while delivering outstanding patient experiences.

1-2 years dental front office experience
Fluent in Spanish & English
Eaglesoft proficiency
Knowledge of PPO dental insurance
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Job Description
Front Office Operations
✔ Greet and check in/out patients in English and Spanish
✔ Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
✔ Verify PPO insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations
✔ Present treatment plans and financial options clearly
✔ Process payments and manage patient accounts
Patient & Administrative Support
✔ Maintain accurate patient records (HIPAA compliant)
✔ Coordinate referrals and follow-ups
✔ Manage recall and re-care systems
✔ Keep front desk area organized and welcoming
✔ Assist back office with basic clinical support when needed
