Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional dealership experience.

• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.

• Build relationships with customers through active listening, product knowledge, and personalized service.

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits through product presentations and test drives.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers using dealership CRM tools.

• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Center (BDC), sales managers, and other dealership departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Explain vehicle pricing, available incentives, and purchasing options clearly and accurately.

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact through delivery.

• Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.

• Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Meet individual and dealership sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and customer management systems.

• Willingness to learn vehicle product knowledge, sales processes, and dealership technology.

• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Dependable, professional, and committed to working as part of a team.

• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays.
