Line Cook

Boca Raton, 6000 Glades Rd. Unit 1015A, Boca Raton, Florida, United States of America Job Description We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!). Responsibilities Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards. Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized. Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations. Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment. Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Qualifications 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred). Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution. Passion for great food and quality presentation. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist. Benefits Professional work environment with opportunities for growth and a development program.
