Are you looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and home time you can count on? 365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations in the Cape Fear region of North Carolina and throughout the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
We believe in pay transparency and rewarding hard work.
- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Drivers operate predictable regional lanes throughout the Eastern U.S., including routes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Equipment policy: No slip-seating.
- Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight type: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Rider and pet programs: Available from the first day of employment.
Qualifications and requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active U.S. Department of Transportation medical card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
