The role ensures high-quality, safe, and compassionate care for mothers, newborns, and families. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. The Director collaborates with physicians, midwives, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams. Key tasks involve monitoring departmental performance and leading quality improvement initiatives.
