Scrum Master

Position : Scrum Master Location : : 3 days onsite in Dallas , TX We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master who is hands-on in managing projects while driving Agile transformation across the business unit. As an Agile Champion, you will work closely with teams, stakeholders, and leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and Agile adoption. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) for multiple teams.
• Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and practices, identifying and resolving impediments effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and refine user stories.
• Track and report on sprint progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing actionable strategies.

• Act as a change agent, promoting Agile values and principles across the business unit.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and coaching to build Agile capabilities within teams and leadership.
• Advocate for the adoption of Agile tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and transparency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives with Agile frameworks.
• Develop and execute an Agile transformation roadmap tailored to the business unit's needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with proven experience driving Agile adoption at scale.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing complex projects and delivering business-critical solutions.
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.

• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with metrics-driven reporting (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and how they align with Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading Agile transformations or scaling Agile in large organizations. equiliem
