Controls EngineerLocation: Warren, MI (Onsite) Duration: W2 / C2C Contract Experience: 10+ YearsJob DescriptionControls engineer with 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing plants specializing in industrial machine vision.SME in industrial controls and automation in the areas of PLC programming, machine vision, robotics, human machine interface, industrial sensors, and error checking.Expertise with using vision systems - Matrox/Cognex/Keyence software.Experience with automotive plant production support and maintenance to new assembly line launches.Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC-5, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Allen-Bradley Panelview, ABB S4c, DVT machine vision programming.Experience with FANUC and ABB robots.Strong robot programming skills.Programming Skills of various PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens/Omron)Manufacturing process development and deployment for laser welding/Spot Welding/GMAW applications in automotive manufacturing, including weld process parameter development, material (Aluminum/Steel) and weld testing.Experience providing support and training in industrial controls and automation an assembly plant.Industrial ManufacturingIf you are interested, Please share your resume with below basic details:Basic Details:Full Legal Name:Current Location with Zip Code:LinkedIn URL:Regards,Ashish Rastogi Technical Recruiter | Syntricate Technologies Inc.
