Workplace Coordinator

Job Description Position Description (Hutto / Parmer) The Workplace Coordinator is a self-starter who must be highly detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate diligence throughout task and project completion. This individual will provide excellent customer service, deliver quick solutions, and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This role requires hands‑on support, including furniture assembly and moving boxes or large items throughout the facility. Core Responsibilities Site Operations & Logistics Coordinate travel between sites Manage daily vendor and visitor access, including temporary badge issuance per security policies Conduct site walks to assess conditions, identify deficiencies, and create task lists Perform basic maintenance (lightbulbs, cove base, carpet tiles) Support preventative maintenance programs, including invoice review and documentation Facility & Equipment Management Oversee workplace equipment upkeep, inventory, and supply replenishment (office, breakroom, culinary) Maintain and create EHS‑compliant signage Manage vehicle charging schedules where applicable Assemble office furniture and manage deliveries using pallet jacks or utility carts Process & Project Support Serve as primary point of contact for workplace/facility requests via shared inbox Develop and distribute site‑wide communications Support events (setup, staffing, cleanup) Assist in creating and improving workplace processes Maintain vendor tracking, inventory spreadsheets, and budget oversight to stay within quarterly allocations Collaboration & Standards Build and maintain relationships with property managers and local suppliers Ensure consistency across all locations through regular monitoring and decision‑making on self‑performed work vs. vendor escalation Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence across all spaces We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
