Data and Process Coordinator (Req #1438)

Overview As a Data and Process Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Managed Services Center (MSC) by coordinating data and process activities, including onboarding, ticketing system operations, customer management database (CMDB) development, and quality assurance initiatives. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: Collect and organize data from various sources. Perform data entry, verification, and editing to ensure accuracy. MSC Onboarding and/or Enhanced Maintenance Support (EMS) reconciliation for ServiceNow CMDB, including foundation load sheets. Conduct data quality control to identify and resolve discrepancies. Assist with data validation and security protocols. Reconciliation of device data across multiple data sources. Vendor contract reconciliation and load sheets, including renewal follow up Maintenance of contract updates within ServiceNow. Update and maintain ServiceNow task status updates to resolve assigned tasks. Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate information is loaded into the CMDB. Assist management with ServiceNow updates, as necessary Assist management with Knowledgebase, Documentation, Auditing and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery requests Provide testing and quality assurance for various tool sets and processes. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. General IT-related principles. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Knowledge of supporting and administrating ServiceNow. Understanding of internal IT controls (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley and SSAE16) preferred. Foundations level understanding of ITIL best practices. Willingness to perform keyboard intensive work 90% of the time. Position Specifics The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $19.23 and $28.84 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses. ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
