Receptionist - Bilingual Spanish

Description Join a thriving medical office in San Marcos as a Bilingual Receptionist where you'll be the cornerstone of providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you'll leverage your bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to ensure seamless communication between patients and staff while managing a variety of front-office tasks. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism. + Answer and route high-call volume efficiently, scheduling appointments while ensuring accuracy. + Translate conversations between Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers to ensure clear communication. + Maintain meticulously accurate patient records, including appointment scheduling and insurance verifications. + Handle correspondence such as email inquiries, appointment confirmations, and follow-up reminders. + Ensure the reception area is well-organized, welcoming, and compliant with health/safety protocols. + Work closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive patient experience. Requirements + Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a must. + At least 1-2 years of Receptionist experience in a healthcare or medical setting highly preferred. + Strong attention to detail with experience in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. + Exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities. + Strong interpersonal skills enabling compassionate interaction with patients and visitors.
