• Compensation: Drivers earn between $80,000 and $90,000, with top performers reaching up to $110,000.

Your Responsibilities as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing the vehicle's condition.
• Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries.
• Safely operate the tractor-trailer to designated locations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
• Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for a CDL-A Teammate:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary for effective job performance, including understanding work instructions and safety protocols.
