Job Title: Lot Attendant / Inventory Coordinator
Location: Fenton MI

Job Type: Full-Time

• Transport vehicles to and from vendors and designated locations
• Greet customers and release vehicles in a professional and timely manner
• Use phone apps and computer systems to locate and review vehicle information
• Organize, park, and maintain proper vehicle placement on the lot
• Check in new inventory using our mobile app
• Photograph new vehicles, ensuring clear and high-quality images
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure lot and shop area
• Complete and submit all required paperwork daily
• Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles and property at all times
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Lot and facility cleanup when necessary
• Job duties subject to change as needed with the business growing

• Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to identify visible damage or condition issues in vehicles
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps for vehicle check-in and photos
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
