About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Brea, CA. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions, including Marketing, Production Management, Sales, and Graphic Design roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple business functions. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Recruit for a diverse range of positions, including: Marketing Professionals Production Managers Sales Representatives and Sales Managers Graphic Designers Other corporate and operational roles as needed Maintain a high volume of requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication with candidates and hiring teams Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices Qualifications 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience Proven success recruiting for Marketing, Production, Sales, and Creative/Graphic Design positions Experience managing high-volume recruiting environments Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking techniques Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and talent market trends Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience What We're Looking For A proactive, results-oriented recruiter who can work independently Strong business partnership and consultative skills Passion for identifying and engaging top talent Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
