Location: Wichita Falls, TX Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible hours based on clinic needs | No mandatory weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic outpatient clinic in Wichita Falls, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population while working in a collaborative and clinician-focused environment. This opportunity is well-suited for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day (50-55 visits per week)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Build strong patient relationships and ensure a positive care experience
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
