Mill Line Operator
Full-Time Position
Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Overtime as Needed

Starting pay: $15.25/hour

A local manufacturing company is hiring mill operators ! This is a hands-on opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working with their hands and are looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Available work areas include Sanding, Mixing, Bale Line, Calendar Mill, Cracker Mill, Die Press, Compression Machine, Smooth Mill, and Small Cutter operations. No matter the department, you'll play an important role in producing quality rubber products while working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
-Operate machinery and equipment to assist with automotive manufacturing production processes.
-Mix, press, cut, sand, or process rubber materials depending on department
-Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
-Lift materials up to 50 lbs. independently
-Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
-Work as part of a team while meeting production goals

Requirements:
-Must not be allergic to latex
-Ability to pass a background check
-Ability to pass a drug test
-Must be able to lift independently up to 50 lbs.
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Great attendance and dependability
-Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
-Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to heat and machinery
-Willingness to learn and work in different production areas as needed
