Recreation Assistant Summary: Currently looking for Full-time Recreation Assistant Can you deliver great customer service? Are you outgoing, energetic, and personable? Recreation Assistants : We are looking for people that want to work at ATLAS HEALTHCARE ; that can also meet our standards of guest service, cleanliness, and professionalism. All Applicants MUST : Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality Be willing to learn the art of therapeutic recreation in a senior community and be motivated to meet healthcare standards Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to speak in large groups Knowledge and interest in sports and activity rules and regulations Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic Be available weekdays and weekends between the hours of 9AM & 5PM – This includes ALL holidays. If you can’t work holidays, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Be able to lift 20lbs, push wheelchairs, and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours) Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone Have reliable transportation Must have computer and technology skills – MS Office, Audio/Video Streaming platforms Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards The benefits of working with us : Full & Part-Time positions available Competitive Salary and Excellent Benefits Package Room to advance in other positions Experience : No previous experience required High School Diploma or equivalency
