We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. This role requires dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. You will assist individuals who are elderly, injured, disabled, or recovering from illness, ensuring they maintain dignity and independence in their daily lives. All services we provide are non medical in nature meaning you don't need prior experience to become a caregiver. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for helping others and are interested in exploring the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support, in accordance with each client's care plan.
• Encourage and support clients in performing as much of their personal care as possible to maintain independence.
• Assist with meal preparation and serve meals to clients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration while respecting their preferences and dietary needs.
• Observe and document clients' eating habits, physical conditions, and emotional well-being, and report any significant changes to the supervisor.
• Promote social engagement by facilitating participation in leisure and planned activities, fostering friendships, and encouraging a sense of community.
• Maintain accurate daily records, including documentation of activities, observations, medication assistance (if applicable), and incidents, as per company policies.
• Keep the environment clean, safe, and organized by performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, kitchen cleaning, and maintaining common areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or client requests, adhering to established protocols.
