Manager-Visual Merchandising (In Region)

Summary The Creative Visual Merchandising Manager adapts global CVM initiatives for local markets to drive business results and enhance the brand story through a balance of creativity and commerciality. The role leads campaign ordering, logistics and installations, partners with Retail and Market stakeholders on floorplans and VM standards, and tracks the effectiveness of visual and retail activations. Responsibilities Partner with Global CVM and Market leaders to translate campaign direction into local market initiatives that drive store traffic. Manage creative campaign ordering, logistics, production, installation and follow up on damages or missing collateral. Collaborate with Retail teams on collection placement, floorplan moves and implementation of VM standards and budgets. Develop and deliver training plans for installation and maintenance of creative campaigns and VM collateral. Lead retail activation, in-store environment programs, vendor management, renderings, budget and production coordination. Support events and exhibitions, review business impact and track effectiveness of initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience with trend awareness and consumer insight. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills; Advanced English level. Demonstrated initiative, ownership, accountability and ability to work collaboratively in a results-oriented environment.
