Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in early childhood, 4K, and elementary education settings. We're seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver essential therapy services throughout a one-month, full-time assignment. In this role, youll help make a positive impact on a manageable caseload of 32 students, with 24 receiving direct services and 8 on a consultative basis.

This position calls for a skilled OT or COTA ready to foster student growth, develop individualized plans, and collaborate closely with educators and families. The supportive and collaborative environment allows you to utilize your expertise while making meaningful connections with young learners and their support teams.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active and unrestricted Wisconsin OT or COTA license (required)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings is highly valued
• Ability to structure and implement therapy for young children and early grades
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and documentation within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to students in early childhood through elementary grades
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver consultative support to educators, parents, and other staff
• Monitor and document student progress towards therapy goals
• Engage in IEP meetings and maintain up-to-date records
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that empowers each student
