Position: Service Technician - Kenilworth at Charles | Towson, MD
Role Overview
As a Service Technician , you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 301 apartment-homes.
Hourly rate + $750.00 per month rent discount for live-on + medical/dental/vision/401k with company match + quarterly bonus + on-call appreciation bonus + paid training + fun events
Most Important Responsibilities
- Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high-quality craftsmanship.
- Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
- Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
- Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
Most Important Qualifications
- Recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance required, student housing exp a plus
- EPA certification required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical
- Must be willing to participate in the on-call emergency rotation
- Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools
