What We Are Looking For (Safety & Trust)

Because the individuals we serve rely heavily on us, we look for dedicated professionals who understand the profound value of consistency and high-quality care. To join our team, you must bring:

• Active credentials: A valid, unencumbered state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Physical agility & awareness: The ability to safely assist with transfers, bending, lifting, and reaching. Above all, you must maintain excellent situational awareness and quick reflexes to ensure environmental safety and provide steady, safe guidance during a crisis.
• Absolute reliability: Our seniors truly look forward to your visits, and they genuinely need you there. Consistency is vital to their well-being, so we require mature professionals who are deeply committed to their scheduled shifts. Your reliability is the foundation of their safety.
• A ready vehicle: A valid US Driver's License, a reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance to get you safely to and from your appointments at the seniors' homes.
• Background & checks: The ability to pass a thorough criminal background check, drug screening (if applicable by state), and personality evaluation.
