Doctor of Medicine | Maternal-Fetal Medicine Location: Johnstown, PA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 1 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty MFM State PA Location 1086 Franklin Street, Johnstown, PA 15905 Requirements SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PERINATOLOGIST Coverage: MFM July 9-10 REQUIREMENTS • PA State License • Active PA DEA • Board Certification through ABOG with a subspecialty in MFM. • Successful completion of a residency in OB/GYN accredited by the ACGME or AOA. • Successful completion of a fellowship in MFM accredited by the ACGME or AOA. PRACTICE • Practice Type: Multi-specialty group • Current Number of Providers: 6 total: 2 Perinatologists, 3 OB/GYN, 1 GYN • Support Staff: Neonatologist– 2, CRNP– 3, CNM– 5, NICU in-house midlevel providers– 7 • Practice Setting Required: Inpatient & Outpatient • Patients Per Day: Outpatient– 30, Inpatient– 10, Admissions– 2, Discharges– 2 • C- section/Response Time: 15 Minutes • Average of Patients Per Physician/Day: Clinic– 30, Hospital– 5 • Average of Deliveries Per Physician/Week: 5 • Weekend Requirement: No • Certified Nurse Midwives take 1st Call • EMR: Epic • Ancillary Services: Certified Nurse Midwife Program • Equipment/Technology: Level 3A NICU, Helicopter service • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing • Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes.
