Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Contract

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a Commission of Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program.
- Valid, current, full and unrestricted license to practice in any state of the U.S., District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
- Must meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality physical therapy services for the treatment or prevention of physical disability or disease.
- Manage and implement physical therapy programs for both inpatient and outpatient populations, including all age groups.
- Deliver specialty services such as wound care, clinic management, and evaluations for adaptive equipment.
- Assume responsibility for the direction and development of physical therapy services, ensuring compliance with quality improvement and safety protocols.
- Participate in staff education, reporting, and organizational meetings.

Compliance / Notes:
- Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start.
- Orientation occurs every 2 weeks.
- COVID & flu exemptions may be accepted with declination form submission.
- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start.
