What You’ll Do Lead Strategic Defense: Manage cases from inception through resolution, utilizing a team approach that values your expertise. Strategize: Conduct deep legal research and analysis to dismantle complex issues. Innovate & Advocate: Handle motion practice, depositions, and court appearances while utilizing modern tools to maximize your impact. Collaborative Strategy: Participate in “roundtable” case analysis where the collective intelligence of the firm is used to dismantle complex legal issues. System Optimization: Contribute to our tech-forward culture by adopting (and suggesting) new ways to modernize the practice of law. What You Bring to the Stage Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in civil litigation defense. You’ve mastered the fundamentals and are ready for a smarter way to practice. Licensure: Active license in Oregon and/or Washington (Idaho and multi-state licensure is a significant bonus). Tech Literac y: You are comfortable with (or eager to learn) advanced practice management software, paperless workflows, and virtual advocacy tools.
