About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS & ACLS Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The unit has 12 beds and maintains a patient ratio of 2:1. Candidates must possess general ICU equipment experience including ventilators, CRRT, and ICP monitoring. Knowledge of electronic medical records systems, specifically Meditech, is required. Preferred candidates will have experience in Surgical ICU, Neuro, or Trauma specialties. Typical procedures performed on the unit include Trauma, Vascular, Abdominal, and Neuro Surgical procedures. Every other weekend is required, with no on-call shifts. Scrub attire should be navy blue.
