**Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIH Certification **Required Experience:** - Critical care experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Trauma credentials (e.g., TNCC, CATN, TCAR) - Post-op cardiac surgery experience **Skills:** - Rapid sequence intubation - CABG and valve replacements - Thrombectomies - EVD insertions - SLED/TABLO - MTP - Cardioversion - IABP/Impella - TNK administration - Use of vasopressors and IV sedation **Preferred Personality Fit:** - Driven individuals willing to learn and adapt - Ability to take constructive criticism well - Team player - Patient safety advocate
