We are actively seeking experienced Prior Authorization Specialists, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Phoenix area. First 2 weeks of training are onsite .
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
***Employees may become eligible for hybrid or remote work after 6 months , based on performance and business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and submit prior authorization requests accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and internal teams regarding authorization status.
- Follow up on pending requests and resolve issues that may delay approval.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and company procedures.
Preferences/Requirements:
- Prior Authorization experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, medical billing, insurance, or related administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
