We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. Job Overview As a Maintenance Technician at our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. This hands-on position requires skill in industrial maintenance, HVAC/R, machining, mechanical troubleshooting, and repair. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment in the manufacturing facility Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including high-voltage systems and precision measuring instruments Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly Collaborate with team members to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize downtime Use logic controllers to program and adjust equipment settings as needed Maintain hydraulic systems and ensure their proper functioning Use welding skills for repairs and fabrication tasks Perform machining tasks as needed to support equipment repairs and maintenance Skills & Requirements Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment Proficiency in HVAC/R system maintenance Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal teams and vendors Knowledge of high-voltage systems and safety protocols Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments Ability to work with logic controllers for equipment programming and adjustments Understanding of hydraulic systems and their maintenance requirements Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs Welding skills for fabrication tasks Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Must pass a background check Schedule & Pay Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Must be available to train on first shift for 4-6 weeks Overtime and after-hours support as needed Pay starting at $22/hour based on experience Major holidays off Why Join AGF Glass?
