Part Time Night Shift Staff RN Position

This is a part-time night shift Staff RN position with rotating holidays and weekends, primary location will be Shelby ED with possible rotation to Ashland, Mansfield, and Ontario based on staffing and patient needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual. Outcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs. Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data. Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Operations. As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties. Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree (Required) BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
