Customer Service Representative
Are you ready to elevate your career with an esteemed insurance agency? We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team and bring a touch of excellence to our operations. This part-time role offers 20 to 24 hours per week, providing the perfect balance for your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify exceptional phone etiquette to engage clients with warm and professional greetings
- Enhance your proficiency in data management by updating client information in CRM systems, showcasing expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Act as a reliable point of contact for both prospective and current clients, offering timely and effective support
- Efficiently organize agent appointment kits, demonstrating superior coordination skills
- Facilitate communication with insurance carriers on various matters such as cancellation letters, change requests, and updates
- Showcase your technical prowess by uploading monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM system
- Collaborate with the team on special projects, including the annual open enrollment event, which may require additional commitment, including some Saturdays
