White Castle Team Member

When what you crave is creative work, new challenges, and a team that knows how to get things done and have fun doing it, you've come to the right place.

As America's first fast-food hamburger chain, we've been serving cravers for over 100 years. But we've got our eyes on an even tastier future—always finding new ways to innovate, grow, and create memorable moments with our customers and team members. If you're passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team.

What We're Looking For:

No experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. Your outgoing, positive energy and friendliness are the not-so-secret ingredients for our successful #whitecastleteam. Your day-to-day responsibilities include customer service, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Compensation:

Competitive weekly pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

Why You'll Like It Here:

Being family-owned and operated since 1921 comes with its perks, and we're not just talking about benefits (while those are pretty great). It means putting people first, thinking for the long-haul, and creating a place where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. Here's just a few ways we invest in our team:

• Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
• Financial security with contributions to your 401(k) retirement plan and profit-sharing plan
• Company paid life insurance and AD&D
• Paid time off or paid vacation based on work location
• Weekly paychecks
• Free uniforms
• Free meals while working
• Employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, and scholarship opportunities
• Opportunities for growth with promote-from-within practices
• Community volunteer initiatives
• And more!
