Patient Services Representative

Patient Services Representative Business Office Philipsburg, MT, USA 18-20 per hour DOE Part Time PERS Retirement, PTO, ESP Position Description Part Time, Fill-In position. The individual in this position meets patients at the reception desk and/or admissions desk. The individual in this position is responsible for gathering and accurately inputting all relevant registration information, as well as preparation of the daily clinic scheduler. The individual is responsible for pre-payment collection and insurance co-payment collection. This individual is also responsible for answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas. The individual works closely with the Business Office in all Revenue Cycle functions. The work must be accomplished with integrity, sensitivity, and respect for the confidentiality and privacy of patients. Pay is dependent on experience; position is part time with limited benefits.
