Payroll Specialist

OverviewJoin a dynamic team where you will play a critical role in managing payroll processes for our organisation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and on time for all employees.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed.Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Collaborate with the HR team to manage employee benefits and deductions.RequirementsProven experience in payroll processing.Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.Excellent numerical and analytical skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Nice to haveCertification in payroll processing or related field.Experience with HRIS systems.Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr StaffneticsHR
