Requirements for the ideal candidate:

• Communication skills: Comfortable addressing large groups, your engaging communication style will be a significant asset in enhancing the onboard experience.
• Water enthusiast: As we're an ocean-based venture, being a proficient swimmer and feeling at ease in the water is crucial for your safety and the safety of our guests. Possession of a lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain one is a definite plus.
• Physical strength: The role requires occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), ensuring smooth operations during the provisioning process.
• Blue card certification: Candidates must obtain a Department of Liquor blue card within 90 days of joining the team.
