Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Boynton Beach, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including property showings, listing presentations, and contract negotiations. The role involves prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting market and property research, preparing and reviewing documents, and guiding clients through each step of the buying or selling process. The agent will collaborate with internal teams, leverage company tools and marketing resources, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and regulations. Regular client meetings, open houses, and networking activities are expected to build and sustain a strong pipeline of business. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing processes Strong Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple clients and tasks Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, online listing platforms, and virtual communication tools Familiarity with the Boynton Beach and broader South Florida real estate market is a plus Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings, meetings, and open houses #J-18808-Ljbffr
