Customer Service Specialist - Client Support and Call Management

Are you skilled at managing customer interactions and resolving inquiries efficiently Join us as a Customer Service Specialist focused on client support and call management.
In this role you will support government and municipal clients by managing a high volume of inbound calls ensuring timely and accurate payment processing and maintaining detailed records. You will work onsite in Fort Worth TX in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.

- PAY RATE: $16/hour
- LOCATION: Fort Worth TX 76137
- SCHEDULE: 3 agents: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 3 agents: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 6

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution including payment processing inquiries complaints and information requests.
- Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers aiming for high satisfaction.
- Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.
- Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls.
- Comfortable using computers including email and web browsers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry.
- Dependable punctual and committed to maintaining high integrity and confidentiality.

- Onsite position in Fort Worth TX.
- Fast-paced customer-focused environment.
