Shift Details: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday

Wage: Starting at $22.55 per hour, with potential for raises based on experience and performance

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Sanitation Worker to ensure our facility's equipment and workspaces meet strict food safety and sanitation standards. This role involves thorough cleaning and sanitizing of production machinery and areas, supporting our ongoing commitment to product quality and safety. Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of sanitation procedures and equipment operation
• Ability to use power washers and cleaning machinery safely
• Knowledge of chemical labels and safe chemical handling
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety policies
• Good communication skills to follow instructions effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous sanitation or cleaning experience in manufacturing or food production
• Experience with SAP or similar computer systems
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of sanitation or related experience preferred
• Familiarity with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. as needed
• Use of PPE such as hair nets, ear protection, hard hats, and safety glasses
• Flexibility to work overtime with little or no notice
• This is an on-site position requiring presence at the manufacturing facility
