Business System Analyst/Toyota/SPID 65514 Dallas, Texas, United States of America (View all jobs) Job Description 12+ years of experience in Business Process analysis, Requirements gathering, User Persona creation & Mapping, Translation of business rules and data requirements. Experience in prioritizing business and customer needs into MVPs, designing UX/UI wireframes, and managing product portfolios with customer‑centric approaches including customer journey mapping and user personas. Proficient with a broad range of tools including wireframe tools (Figma, Miro), product management tools (HubSpot, JIRA), BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps tools (Jira, GitHub, Kubernetes). Experienced in Agile, Safe Agile, Waterfall, and blended models, with skills in Agile planning, business requirement analysis, MVP definition and customer interviews.
