Essential Functions Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals Develop strong relationships with care managers Be comfortable and confident providing some in-home, hands‑on nursing tasks including task such as: Medication Box/Machine Set up and refill visits Wound Care Catheterizations PICC dressing changes and/or flushes What Makes You a Great Candidate LPN or RN degree Positive attitude with team-player mindset Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged) Compassionate personality Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults Able to use multiple types of technology Drug screen and background check Authorized to work in the U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
