Construction Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – Overview JLL is shaping the future of real estate by combining world‑class services, advisory, technology for clients. The Senior Project Manager role leads cross‑functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services clients. The position involves overseeing projects from initiation through completion, managing design professionals, contractors, stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet established goals. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Hands‑on management and oversight of multiple projects including renovations, building infrastructure, large remodels, new construction with ground‑up experience. Manage various phases of projects in multiple locations from initiation through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout. Demonstrate full accountability for end‑to‑end project management. Lead entire project team consisting of architects, engineers, contractors, property management, operating engineers, and client stakeholders. Provide weekly project activity updates to Team Lead regarding schedule, risk, budget status, and cash flow using JLL technology. Develop risk‑management plans and lead through established work authorization processes to prevent incidents. Participate or lead client decision‑making by providing relevant data, formal recommendations, and outlining associated risks for client review and approval. Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all construction phases (project charter, due diligence, budgets, schedules, minutes, funding requests, status reports, punch lists, special reports). Manage vendors to ensure full compliance with policies and procedures, and formal closeout of all projects in less than 90 days after completion. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field. 10–15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction. Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web‑based applications. Familiarity with architectural drawings, fixtures, equipment specifications, design & space planning concepts, construction costs, and schedules. Preferred Qualifications Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification. LEED Certification. PMP Certification. Travel Requirements This position requires up to 60% travel within the designated portfolio. Location On‑site – Laramie, WY. Benefits 401(k) plan with matching company contributions.
